- Do we own the site or app and its code outright?
- Yes. Full intellectual property transfers on final payment, written into the contract. No licence, no retained rights, no lock-in to us as a maintainer.
- What is the difference between your website and web app packages?
- Users and data. Authentication, roles, stored records and workflows make something an application. If your project is really a marketing site, we will say so on the call — the website package is cheaper and better for it.
- Can you integrate with the systems we already use?
- Yes. External integrations are scoped and priced explicitly during discovery, so the number does not move when they turn out to be more involved than expected.
- Can you change content or add features after launch?
- Bug-fix cover is included for 30 days after handover. Further changes go through a written change order with a price before the work, or through a monthly Care plan.
