Product MVPs
An MVP that is production-ready, not a demo.
An MVP is not a prototype and not a full platform. It is the smallest production-ready version of a product that can validate its core workflow with real users. Most MVP briefs contain roughly 40% that can wait — finding that 40% is free, and it is usually worth more than any discount you negotiate.

We write the scope down first: workflows, roles, the one or two integrations that genuinely matter, and everything deliberately excluded. You get one fixed price and a timeline that holds.
What this covers
Discovery and scoping
Define the user, the problem and what success looks like. Written requirements, feature priorities, and an explicit list of what is out of scope.
The core workflow
The one thing the product must do well enough for a real user to continue using it. Everything else is secondary by design.
Auth, roles and admin functions
Login, the roles the product actually needs, and the admin screens to operate it — scoped to what an MVP requires, not what an enterprise release requires.
Deployment and analytics
Shipped to a real environment, monitored, with analytics in place — so launch week tells you something about users rather than about infrastructure.
What you get
- A written requirements specification and scope, agreed before build
- A production-ready MVP: core workflow, auth, roles, admin functions, database
- Up to 2–3 third-party integrations, agreed in the scope
- QA and regression testing, deployment, and analytics connected
- Documented handover: technical notes, admin guide, recorded walkthrough, 30 days of bug-fix cover

We use a small, well-understood stack deliberately. Fewer surprises, faster decisions, and estimates that hold.

Common questions
- What does the price not include?
- By default: complex payment architecture, multi-tenant enterprise features, offline-first clients, large data migrations and extensive realtime systems. Anything like that is quoted separately, after we understand the requirement — never quietly folded into the MVP.
- Who owns it once it is built?
- You do, outright. Full IP transfer on final payment, written into the contract. The code, the requirements document, the admin guide and the QA notes are all yours to take to any team you like.
- Is six to eight weeks realistic?
- For an MVP scoped this way, yes — and the scope is written down precisely so the timeline can be held. If your brief genuinely needs more, we quote more at the start instead of missing the date.
