- Do we own the site and its code outright?
- Yes. Full intellectual property transfers on final payment, written into the contract. No licence, no retained rights, no lock-in to us as a maintainer.
- Can you change content or add pages after launch?
- Bug-fix cover is included after handover. Further changes go through a written change order with a price before the work, so you always know what a change costs while you can still decide not to have it.
- Does the price include copywriting and content?
- No — copywriting is separate and quoted explicitly if you want it. We build the site structure and page templates; your content team (or we, at an agreed price) fills them.
